Configure POP3 Incoming Mail Settings & Outgoing SMTP Mail Settings

1. Click Tools
2. Click Accounts
3. Highlight your account
4. Click Properties
5. Click the Servers tab
6. Incoming Mail (POP3): mail . your_domain_name . ext (No Spaces)
7. Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail . your_domain_name . ext (No Spaces)
8. Enter Account Name: emailaddress@your_domain . ext (No Spaces)
9. Enter: Password
10. First Try This: Under Outgoing Mail Server check the box My server requires authentication *
11. If Out Going Email Fails: Under Outgoing Mail Server UNCHECK the box My server requires authentication
12. If Out Going Email STILL FAILS: Contact you ISP for third party SMTP rules; Follow ISP's settings
13. Click Apply

* This is now complete for both Incoming and Outgoing Email using your domain server.
