Enabling SMTP Authentication Within Your Mail Client

1. Click Tools
2. Click Accounts
3. Highlight your account
4. Click Properties
5. Click the Servers tab
6. First Try This: Under Outgoing Mail Server check the box My server requires authentication *
7. If Out Going Email Fails: Under Outgoing Mail Server UNCHECK the box My server requires authentication
8. If Out Going Email STILL FAILS: Contact you ISP for third party SMTP rules; Follow ISP's settings
9. Click Apply
